Welcome to White Flight Freestyle! There are 4 levels of freestyle courses available both in flatland and park, making up a total of 8 altogether. They are graded as follows: GREEN - Beginner BLUE - Intermediate RED - Advanced BLACK - Expert This 3 Week Park Course GREEN is designed to help you establish a solid foundation in freestyle snowboarding, providing the skills you need to progress in the park. ENTRY LEVEL: It is recommended to complete the 3 Week Flatland Course GREEN before booking this course for continuity, however it is not essential. GOAL: Learn the fundamental skills to stay safe and have fun in the Park RIDE ON FEATURE SESSION Feature Analysis 50-50 50-50 with absorbtion 50-50 with Tail Press 50-50 with Tail Grab 50-50 with Nose Press 50-50 with Nose Grab Board shuffle (both ways) Intro to Backside Boardslide SMALL KICKER SESSION Straight air kicker Straight air kicker by absorbing Straight air kicker by coasting Straight air kicker with retraction Straight air kicker with tail grab Straight air kicker with Indie grab Straight air kicker with Melon grab Frontside Shifty FAQ's... DOES THIS BOOKING INCLUDE A LIFT PASS? No. All bookings taken on this website is for coaching only. Lift passes can be purchased direct from Chill Factore using the link on the links page of this website. WHAT EQUIPMENT WILL I NEED? Gloves Helmet Snowboard + Bindings + Boots (If you don't have your own you get all free from Chill Factore with a valid lift pass) Back Protectors are advisable but not compulsory and are available from the shop on this website. WHERE DO WE MEET? Inside the cold side at the bottom of the slope a few minutes before your session starts. WHAT LEVEL SNOWBOARDER DO I NEED TO BE TO BOOK? As long as you can link turns comfortably from the top of the main slope at Chill Factore and use a drag lift unassisted then you're good to go! It is however recommended to complete the 3 Week Flatland Course GREEN before booking this course for continuity but it is not essential.
